We’ve been listening! So, we’re repeating last year’s very successful “Winter in the Riviera” program for you! We have a wonderful selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as villas in Nice, France and Villefranche Sur Mer.

Villefranche Sur Mer

Villefranche Sur Mer is our favourite town in France. It is a medieval fishing village located just 3 kms east of Nice. The weather in this part of the world in winter is “Spring-like”. It is sunny and averages about 13 - 14 degrees, with highs reaching 18 - 20 in the afternoon! You can enjoy the sunshine and French culture and food without the crowds and the heat! Sure beats a Canadian or Northern U.S. Winter!! For approximately $75 per night per person (based on a one month rental) you can stay in one of the most beautiful parts of France in an all equipped apartment! Durations start at one week and go up to a few months.

APARTMENT VILLEFRANCHE

This is a very cute and spacious one bedroom apartment located right in the Medieval part of Villefranche Sur Mer, near the harbour. Villefranche is 3 kms east of Nice.

The apartment has a beautiful sea view. It has a fully-equipped Kitchen with fridge, stove, and washing machine, a spacious living room with
big sofa bed, dining table and chairs.

Big windows look out to the square and the sea. Double bedroom with king size bed. Shower room with WC. 6 m² balcony with furniture. TV and air conditioning. No pets allowed. Damage deposit of
460 €.

Charges: set price of 45 €/week in high season because of air conditioning and 35 € /week in low and mid season, linen, towels, taxed de se jour, insurance.
